Delicious Tuna Salad

When we went to Italy, my first lunch in Orvieto was a tuna salad per Aunt Grace's recommendation.  It was delicious!  Since then, I've been purchasing tuna in jars from a local Italian grocery store instead of cans.  It's more expensive, but totally worth it!  

This salad is a spinoff of what I had in Italy and Peter and I love to make it for a quick lunch/dinner any day of the week.  It's quick and easy and so delicious!  We use some of our favorite pomegranate balsamic vinegar drizzled on top.  Yum!
