My sister and I decided this year that instead of baking on our own that we'd spend a day together and bake! It was a fantastic idea! Peter is off these last two weeks or so of December since he's in between his old and new job and it was pretty easy for me to take the extra day. So today we headed to Clearfield after packing up the car for our week of travels (since we wouldn't be coming back before heading on to Altoona, NJ, and Philly).
We got to Clearfield mid-afternoon and headed to Legends for some gooooood food! Wings, homemade chips and ranch, and salads. Yum, yum, yum! Then we went shopping for a bit. THEN we made tons of cookies! :) Again, I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of this fun day. I really need to start getting better at that!

Girl Time
I really need to do a better job at taking pictures when we're hanging out with friends. Maybe that should be my New Year's Resolution. Doubtful, but it's a nice thought haha. I digress.
This evening I hosted our grove girls at our house for some snacks, girl time, and crafts. Although it was more snacking and chatting than crafts. Except Christon who worked on her quilt. :) I love low-key get togethers and just being able to hang out with these girls. They are a great group of women. :)

Christmassy Fun
Today has been a wonderfully Christmassy day! I spent the morning and early afternoon lounging at him with Peter watching Christmas movies. Then we headed out to dinner at Bravo! and then downtown to see Holiday POPS! We've seen A Christmas Carol and The Nutcracker so it was nice to see this since it was new for us. It was so fun and entertaining! We had awesome seats, too! And it was free! Peter's boss paid for our tickets which we are super thankful for. :) I didn't manage to take any pictures until we were heading home. We noticed this neat view of the city from the parking garage and snapped a quick picture of it and of us. I love my hunny and getting to go on fun dates like this with him. :)
